The Weekend Terms

1. Eligibility and account use

• You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and maintain account security.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Attempt unauthorized access to service infrastructure or other users' data.
• Interfere with normal service operation or abuse shared collaboration features.
• Upload malicious content or exploit vulnerabilities.

3. User content and ownership

You retain rights to content you submit, subject to the rights needed to operate the service. Shared calendar features may expose planner content to collaborators you invite.

4. Service availability

We work to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change, be improved, or be removed based on product needs.

5. Disclaimer and limitation

Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, The Weekend is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. You may permanently delete your account in-app via Settings -> Account -> Delete account. We may suspend or terminate access for serious policy violations or legal requirements.

7. Governing law

Unless otherwise required, these Terms are governed by applicable law in your operating jurisdiction.
